About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled Carpenter / Fabricator to join our team and help build custom structures, scenic elements, and one-of-a-kind installations. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creative problem-solving and working on unique projects—not standard construction work.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Build custom wooden structures, frames, and scenic elements
Read and work from shop drawings, sketches, and design concepts
Collaborate with designers, sculptors, and painters to complete builds
Use power tools and shop equipment safely and efficiently
Assist with installation prep and general warehouse tasks as needed
Travel occasionally for on-site installations
Requirements:
Experience in carpentry, fabrication, or scenic construction
Strong understanding of measurements, layout, and structure
Comfortable working with hand and power tools
Ability to work on large-scale, custom builds
Willing and able to commute to our Arlington, TX warehouse
Open to occasional travel for installs
Team-oriented, adaptable, and reliable
