About the Role
We’re looking for a Fabrication Specialist to help set up, train, and operate our new 12kW fiber laser and 5-axis CNC machine. This role requires both technical expertise and a creative mindset to bring complex projects to life. We use fusion 360 with our machines.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
· Assist with installation and setup of new fabrication equipment
· Train team members on safe and efficient machine operation
· Operate and maintain a 12kW fiber laser and 5-axis CNC system
· Our team uses fusion 360 with our machines
· Collaborate with our design and fabrication teams to produce custom builds
· Support a wide range of projects — from architectural elements to sculptural installations and branded displays
· Maintain accuracy, efficiency, and safety throughout all processes
Qualifications:
· Experience operating CNC and laser systems (5-axis experience a plus)
· Ability to assist with machine setup, calibration, and training
· Solid understanding of fabrication, materials, and tolerances
· Ability to interpret CAD and shop drawings
· Reliable, adaptable, and detail-oriented
· Must be available full-time at our Arlington, TX warehouse
