About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled Welder / Metal Fabricator to join our team and help build custom structural elements, frames, and scenic components for one-of-a-kind projects. This is a hands-on role focused on creative fabrication rather than repetitive production work.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Weld and fabricate metal structures and supports for props and installations
Read and work from shop drawings, sketches, and fabrication plans
Cut, grind, prep, and finish metal components
Collaborate with carpenters, sculptors, and painters to complete builds
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Assist with general warehouse tasks and installation prep as needed
Travel occasionally for on-site installations
Requirements:
Experience with MIG welding (TIG a plus)
Ability to fabricate with steel and aluminum
Strong understanding of measurements, layout, and structural integrity
Comfortable using shop tools and equipment
Willing and able to commute to our Arlington, TX warehouse
Open to occasional travel for installs
Reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented
